Contact Attind

We read everything that comes in. Here is where each kind of message should go, and roughly what to expect back.

Help with your occasion

If something in the app is not doing what you expect, tell us what you were trying to do, the name of the occasion, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a description. If the problem is with an invitation or an RSVP, include the invitation link so we can look at the same page you are looking at. Most questions turn out to be about invitation publishing, guest imports or seating, and those are usually answered the same working day.

Press and partnerships

For press, product questions, integration ideas or anything commercial, write to us with a short note about what you are working on and the deadline you are working to. We are happy to provide screenshots, a walkthrough of the product, or a demo occasion set up with realistic content so you can see the whole flow without inventing a guest list first.

Privacy and data requests

Requests to access, correct, export or delete personal data go through the same address, and we handle them ourselves rather than routing them to a form. If you are a guest rather than a host, say which occasion you were invited to, since the host controls that guest list and we may need to involve them. Hosts can delete an occasion and everything attached to it from the app at any time, which removes the guest records with it.

Our public support address is being set up. In the meantime, the fastest route is the settings page of your occasion, where account and data controls live.
